A clear business solution needs thorough market research in order to get the people's expectations as well as the true needs of your market area. If you choose to go through with opening a business you will need to execute precise balance with planning and strategizing that leads to superb execution; this requires developing a deep personal awareness of any shortcomings along with solutions to make up for such.

   2.  How determined are you to become a business owner?

In order for your solution to become a viable business you must take time for great research. This will be the most involved, intense process requiring personal and emotional responsibility.

   3. What do you want to achieve?

This outlining of your end project goal requires tedious planning while looking into the future to determine goals that label precisely what you want to achieve from each step of the project until the completion.

  4.  Do you have the skills to implement your project?

You need to be self aware of your strengths and weaknesses and just how you will compensate for those weaknesses. List the skills you have and the overall skills needed to complete your goal. This will allow you to create a gameplan as far as any certifications, training, or schooling needed to gain those skills required. This inward search will also require you to look externally for some of your weaker skills through say a partner.

  5.  What are your needs?

Very simplistic in nature as you just need to create a list of all your needs while working towards your goal then take an inventory of what you currently possess.

   6.  Who can help you?

After listing all your needs and internal stock then you must look outward to see who can help fulfill the end goal. It is imperative to have a professional network most especially if you are to succeed in your entrepreneurial project. Even online support groups and online programs allow you to network with a group of people to help complete your goal. In the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey you will spend a good deal of time networking and attending events.

    7.  Is your project viable in the long run?

It is great to start a business but where true success stems from is if that business can produce an income to live off of and that it is a viable business. This must be tested to ensure you are not investing all your time, energy, and finances into a business that will fail no matter what due to the market or environment.

    8.  What is the state of your market?

Conduct a market study to verify if the market truly exists and if there is a true need for your product or service. The crucial component to research on is the competition. Use your competition as an opportunity to outline all they've already done and what you could do differently.

    9.  Create your theory to coincide with the reason for your creating said business.

You will have to do interviews and more research to ensure you have a verifiable theory outlined. This theory will become the justification for creating your business. Keep detailed notes and outlines as this will be utilized in a great deal of the legalities and paperwork necessary for financial resources as well as licensing in the future.

    10. How will you test your idea/activity?

It is a sure failure to create a service or product that no-one wants or needs therefore you must test your theory and ensure it is a truly needed and therefore viable business to create. You can utilize a business incubator device that offers a secure opportunity to test your business in real life. This will allow you to find out organizations locally that can help you fix any missing points in your project and help you grow fast. Entrepreneurial ship is surely a vast and complex path if you are not prepared fully. However in the day of digital preparation, networking, and planning you will be able to evaluate your business idea, create a business model, and validate its viability while validating your theory through testing.
